Know Yourself - Understand Others
Monday 20th September, St Wilfrid's Hospice, Grosvenor Road, Chichester, West Sussex
This session is essential for greater awareness of team working and is especially useful if you are a leader of a team. By having an awareness of Carl Jung's theory of personality type, and the subsequent research and development Myers and Briggs carried out, we can use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to value those differences, enhance our self awareness and focus on our undeveloped potential. Awareness of this can be applied in work to get the best from yourself and from others:- better meetings, tolerance and understanding of others - especially clients, influencing and negotiating skills, powerful presentations and increased team performance. This session is also helpful for team members as well as the leaders, for individual personal development.
Course fee: £65 to include all materials, lunch and refreshments
